There are 6 apartments in total in the building, and it is a rental building as opposed to privately owned strata condos (great for those nervous about being displaced by landlords wishing to sell their condo or wanting to move back in to their suite. Longer term leases are okay). We do manage all 6 suites in the building.
Laundry is not insuite, however, it is available in the building. Laundry machines are being changed over to free machines, so will be free to use.
