Zoning By-Laws (aka. why a 30-day minimum)


We get calls frequently asking why the minimum length of stay has to be 30 days.  Most people assume it’s a financial reason but really, it’s because of section 10.21.6 of the zoning by-laws:
“No person shall use or permit to be used any dwelling unit for a period of less than one month unless such [...]
